The Prairie View Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO) is a local PTO unit that serves the Ogallala Public Elementary and Middle School.

The Prairie View Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is dedicated to fostering a collaborative partnership between parents, teachers, and the school community. Our mission is to support and enhance the educational experience of all students by:
Promoting Effective Communication: Facilitating open and transparent communication between parents, teachers, and school administration to ensure a cohesive and supportive school environment.
Encouraging Parental Involvement: Engaging parents in meaningful volunteer opportunities, fostering a sense of community, and empowering them to contribute to the educational success of their children.
Supporting Educational Excellence: Providing resources, organizing programs, and funding initiatives that enrich the curriculum, promote student achievement, and support teachers in their educational efforts.
Building a Strong School Community: Creating and organizing events and activities that promote school spirit, encourage collaboration, and strengthen the bonds among students, families, and staff.
Advocating for Students and Families: Representing the interests and needs of students and families within the school community and working to ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all.
