PVE Kindergarten students completed their study of the Ladybug Life Cycle. Tessa Reese from the UNL, 4H Extension, presented to the kindergarten students 4 times over 4 weeks. She taught the students all about ladybugs, their lifecycle, and why they are helpful to us! At the last presentation, students were able to set their hatched Pink Spotted ladybugs free! This was a fun experience for all the kindergarten students!

During the spring semester, Mr Fruit's OHS leadership class spent Wednesday mornings with the kindergarten students. The "big kids" had the opportunity to inspire them to great things, build with legos, or lend a listening ear. We love this bonding moment for our youngest and oldest learners!
